My fascination and expertise in performance and outdoor technical product, coupled with a deep understanding of materials, construction techniques, and manufacturing processes, led me to explore the edges of performance apparel and gear. I have a passion for building and coaching high-performing design teams, driving concepts from iconic products to advanced R&D concepts, and overseeing design initiatives across various performance product categories. Every project requires a great effort by a team of collaborators, without their efforts my works would have been impossible to achieve. I have had a chance to open my aperture to a myriad of experiences in leading creative, r&d, and development teams, honing in my conscious leadership skills to foster great work as well as an environment for my teams and colleagues to grow and succeed.

Lululemon 2015-2025

Leading Design and creative direction: Women’s+Men’s Performance & Advanced Knits/Seamless & Men's: Run/Train/Yoga/Swim/Underwear/Tennis. Lead role in execution of sustainability agenda in apparel projects from strategy in product lifecycle, circular design implementation, advanced raw materials development and scouting new knit & yarn technology, design process, AI implementation, ambassador co-creation program.

Part of the original product leadership team that put lululemon Mens on the map, growing the business exponentially in a short period of time by co-creating the overall vision and executing the performance portfolio of brand defining iconic products. Established the vision for materials and sustainability as well as product creation process to validate and continuously improve quality and versatility. Design leadership representative in various enterprise projects including Impact Agenda, go to market evolution, Olympics, global ambassador program, and future workplace design. Run, Yoga, Swim, Train, Underwear, Outerwear, & Seamless knits. Lead creative input for seasonal kickoff and yearly kickoffs, design department evolution and early collaborations.

Reebok 2006-2015

Creative direction for Reebok Classics apparel, led the effort out of the Barcelona Creation Center to grow and study the history of apparel at the brand, unlocking elements and designs to define the new brand identity in collaboration with the global footwear team. Responsible for multiple teams designing Performance, Swimwear, Outerwear, & Kids. Market and trade show research in Europe for seasonal global kickoffs, working closely with creative director to deliver input to seasonal direction and kick off various special projects including Reebok Classic key partner collaboration capsules with premium sneaker shops and brands such as Garbstore, EMEA research into emerging sports, and designed athlete exclusives for the launch of the casual UFC range.

NEMO Equipment 2004-2006

As the first NEMO employee, Designed and developed solutions for inflatable and poled tents, fabric and parts, led the graphic and brand identity, website launch & catalogues, exploration projects, product testing, trade show booth design, design awards applications, accessories. Designed kits of adventure racing teams. Mars Biosuit project consultancy for MIT's Dr. Dava Newman.
